DB 9999 Terms & Conditions – Complete Rules for Members

These Terms & Conditions db 9999 (website: db9999.ws) and all its members. In this document, "we", "platform", or "db 9999" refers to the db9999.ws authority. "You" or "member" refers to any individual using the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and applicable international regulations. db 9999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with members notified by email at least 7 days in advance.

This platform is strictly for adults. Users under 18 are not permitted to access this site. Accounts registered without age verification will be terminated and deposits will not be refunded.

To open an account with db 9999, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide valid proof of age.
• All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• One mobile number, one email address, and one payment method may only be linked to a single account.
• More than one account per household or shared IP address may be flagged as suspicious.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, a copy of your National ID or passport may be requested at registration. Verification is mandatory prior to large withdrawals.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours of submission. Bank transfers may take longer. Slight delays may occur during peak hours or on public holidays.

db 9999offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Get up to 150% bonus on your first deposit. The bonus amount must be wagered 30x before any withdrawal.
• Reload Bonus: Each reload offer has its own terms — check individual conditions to claim your next deposit bonus.
• Cashback: Weekly or monthly cashback offers are paid out directly to your balance and typically carry no separate wagering requirements.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you earn a bonus, provided the referred person completes their first deposit.

Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously. Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days, as clearly stated in each offer's details. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

The following general rules apply when betting at db 9999:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cash out feature may be used where available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and bets are placed on those odds, db 9999 reserves the right to void those bets.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the full stake is generally refunded.
• In live betting, any bets already accepted remain valid if a disconnection occurs.
• Official results are final for all Sports Betting outcomes.

Db 9999 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits. Unusual betting patterns may be subject to investigation by our team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on db 9999. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same name or linked to the same payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses under multiple identities or attempting to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Manipulation: Match fixing or placing bets with prior knowledge of guaranteed outcomes.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or another member's account.
• Automated Tools: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Third Parties: Operating an account on behalf of another person.

Db 9999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 6 months).

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded, though bonus balances will be forfeited. Requests are processed within a maximum of 3 business days.

db 9999 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We are a source of entertainment — not income. The following tools are available to all members free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Cap the total amount you can wager within a set period.
